We founded Malionne with one goal in mind: giving customers the ultimate gift of love and care in every package they receive, and some might say it feels like Christmas year-round when shopping with Malionne. Shipping & Processing

*Overnight shipping must be made before 12 PM PST, and same-day shipping before 1 PM PST*
Shipping costs are nonrefundable and once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking notification with your order number and tracking information.*

United States: 1-3 business days to ship

Once shipped, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days. We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

International Shipments: 3-7 business days to ship

Once shipped, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 7-28 business days. All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. We are not responsible for delays and cannot track shipments once they leave the U.S. and pass the U.S. border

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Returns & exchanges

*All items returned or exchanged must be in the original condition to receive a full refund. The hangtag must be intact, and there are no visible damages or discoloring. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping returns/exchange charges will not be refunded unless there was a defect in the merchandise.*

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

1. Contact us within: 7 days (1 week) of delivery
2. Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
3. Request a cancellation: Before your item has shipped

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
1. Custom or personalized orders
2. ANY items on sale


Images & content

All of the images used on our website are copyrighted and are subject to copyright infringement if used without permission or by other parties for sales and distribution. We reserve the right to legally act on anyone who distributes our photos or creative content without first reaching out and given consent. If granted permission to use any of our photos, they must be clearly tagged with @malionnehair or must give full credit, nothing else will be accepted.
