What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We mainly ship with United States Postal Service (USPS), but occasionally use FedEx, DHL, or UPS depending on timeframe/location. The FedEx Smartpost works with the U.S. Postal Service by providing pick-up services, processing and interim transportation of mail with final delivery made by domestic and international postal services. Heavier or oversized items can only be delivered via UPS Ground Freight and will arrive 3-5 business days after leaving our shop. All other items in your shopping cart will be delivered by the shipping method selected. Please note that for security reasons, we are unable to approve requests for package holds. All shipments must be delivered to the shipping address entered on the order.

How do I place an Order?

Here's ordering with us from A-Z. Once you find something you love, click the "ADD TO CART" button. When you're done adding items to your cart, click the "SHOPPING BAG" on the top right. Make sure you're happy with everything in your cart, and click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT". Fill in your name, email, address, city, etc. We only use this info to ship your order. Click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT" and then select your payment method and follow the instructions.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept a variety of payment methods, & we are constantly updating them to suit your needs! We currently have Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, Majority of Credit Cards or Debit Cards, PayPal/Venmo, & can help you if you need additional assistance with your payment during checkout.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We absolutely ship worldwide. We usually use USPS or FedEx.

Are duties and taxes included?

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Malionne LLC. The value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the accessory. At checkout, you can choose to pay for duties and taxes at checkout or upon delivery. Select your shipping country in the bottom right corner to learn more about your country's policies and an estimate of these additional charges. If you have additional questions about customs charges please contact your local customs office.

Change of delivery address

You can create several delivery addresses in your customer account, & you will choose the address before payment. Once your order is payed, you still have a short window to change the delivery address before the item is shipped. Once the item is marked as shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed on our website.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

You can change your mind: contact us within 7 days. You must ship the items back within 14 working days from the delivery date. Return shipment fees are completely on you, unless it was due to a defective product. When your return has been fully processed, you will be receiving your refund that will not include your first shipping costs. Products have to be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact, and shall not have been worn whatsoever. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
